We process this information because it is necessary:
For the purposes of legitimate interests. In particular, we track who holds the most Rektguy NFTs (and publish a leaderboard on our Website).
We process personal data in this way to pursue our legitimate interests (and yours, and those of our community) in keeping track through a competitive public leaderboard of who holds the most Rektguy NFTs.
Sources and Recipients
We only collect data from the blockchain.
Data Retention
The only data we collect is your cryptographic wallet address and the holdings in it.
We hold this limited personal data only for as long as it is necessary to continue to retain that personal data to achieve the relevant purposes (taking into account the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of unauthorised access, and legal requirements).
Storage and Transfers
The personal data described in this notice is generally stored in Portugal and the United Kingdom.
